Job Requirements: » An Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Architecture » 1 to 3 years of practice working in a professional office setting » Full-Time (40 hours/week) and in person position. This is not a remote position. If you are not willing to relocate or not in the US, please do not apply. » practice or proficiency in ArchiCAD is preferred as well as AutoCAD, Rhino, and 3D Modeling. » Efficiency in our Project Management Software - Monday, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, and Dropbox. Qualities/expertise we’re looking for: » Strong Design and 3D modeling expertise » practice working in a collaborative environment to develop project and solutions » Demonstrate effective problem-solving and communication expertise » Capable of managing multiple projects at a time » Detailed, organized, and excellent time management » capability to prioritize workflow and deadlines » capability to work under minimal supervision What we offer: » Full-Time Position » income will be depend on practice but will range between $55K to $70K » 90-Day Training/Probation period » 13 Paid Holidays a year / 12 PTO days a year » Retirement - IRA (implemented after 90-day Training/Probation Period) » Health Insurance include Vision and Dental » Licensure support and mentorship if you are on your path to getting licensed » Quarterly and Annual Check ins You’ll be working closely with our Principal, Operations Team, Project Architects, and our Design Team on a variety of projects. Our firm is diversified in the type of jobs we take on so there’s plenty of opportunity to gain practice and exposure to job specific needs. In addition, we have a full operations team that will be available for support in management and assigning projects. Hawaii Off-Grid is always growing so there will be ample opportunity to grow with our company. That being said, responsibilities may grow over time in which you’ll be compensated accordingly.
