tasks & Job responsibilities: Maintains Dean's calendar and schedule, meeting agendas, files, and support documentation, serves as point of contact for Dean's office. Provides direction and guidance and communicates on behalf of the Dean of the School of Law. Performs a variety of administrative tasks, which may include transcribing correspondences/documents, memos, and letters. Accountable for ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documents.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Acts as the front line for answering School of Law main phone line to provide information to students, administration, and the public and to direct calls to the appropriate areas. Provide tours of the building. Reads and reviews law school mail and drafts responses. Assists with communication between the law school, law school donors and alumni.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Provides administrative support to Dean of Law School, Director of Development, Business agent, Director of Communication and Dean of Academics as needed to draft correspondences, memos, emails, spreadsheets, and reports. Proficiently utilizes mail merger and other advanced functions in Microsoft Office programs to create labels, letters, spreadsheets, and reports. Assists Business agent with financial and or budget documents as assigned. Submits payments to vendors and orders supplies and or equipment using Banner/TIGERBUY (SciQuest) software. Ensure that full-time, adjunct, and staff information is updated on website. Update directory board as needed. Ensures receipt of all ordered supplies. Responsible for making hotel and travel arrangements for guest speakers of law school special events. Completes clerical assignments as provided by Dean and Dean's Staff. Submits Physical Plant WORQ work orders for repairs, custodial services, and maintenance for law school.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Schedules onsite/offsite meetings, appointments, and special events. Secures meeting room reservations and catering arrangements and responsible for keeping record of RSVPs. Responsible for managing and reserving groups, businesses, and organizations for use of the law school; conferences, seminars, meetings, classrooms; etc. Works with U of M Conference and Events for rental availcapability of law school space and completion of contracts and or general use agreements. Utilizes event management software to reserve space in law school for students, faculty, staff, and external customers. Organize and arrange technical/A/V requests, room set up /break down requests and custodial service requests. Coordinates internal activities and events for the Dean's office for law school guest, faculty, students, etc. Purchases office supplies and food for Dean's office and Faculty/Staff events. Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies. Assists Development Director with special events planning and coordination. Assist student organizations with catering orders and room reservations. Assign parking for guests and adjunct professors.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Performs and or assists with complex research to compile, organize, and analyze information to prepare comprehensive reports and composes appropriate responses; establishes and/or assists with internal processes and procedures and ensures compliance with University and other governing agency policies and procedures. Develops and maintains efficient filing and database systems. Assists faculty, staff and students with complex inquiries, problems or projects that require independent judgement and interpretation pf policies and procedures. Supports professional and leadership abilities development projects/activities as assigned.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Serve as a backup adjunct as needed for all administrative areas of the Law School. This includes Academic Affairs, Admissions, Career Services, Student Affairs, the Office of Access & Multicultural Affairs, and the Dean's Office. Assist Academic Affairs, Admissions, Career Services, Student Affairs, and the Dean's Office as needed with special projects. Disbursement of incoming mail. Preparing letters and packages for mailing. Other tasks as assigned.
