The prosperous candidate will lead multiple projects of varying size and complexity, and be responsible for design and documentation, maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. They will also be responsible for developing project schedules, budgets, and managing project resources in conformity with contractual obligations. Qualifications » Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Master's degree preferred, but not required. » Minimum of 6 years of practice in an architecture or interior design office. » Strong project management expertise, including budgeting, scheduling, cost estimating, and resource management. » Excellent organizational, communication, and client management expertise. » practice with AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative and Microsoft Suites etc. » capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality work and attention to detail. » practice with hospitality and residential projects and interiors is required. » Licenses and certifications: NCARB, AIA, PMP, or LEED preferred, but not required.View your Application History Skills:
