Quintessence Theatre Group

The Development adjunct is an essential part of all development activities. They provide an effective infrastructure to support gift processing, database needs for the organization's development efforts, prospect research and management, and events both in the theater and in the community. We are seeking for someone who is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and loves working with people. This position reports to the Director of Development. This is a part-time hourly position, $20/hour. Expected to work in our Mt Airy office approximately 20 hours per week with some evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Maintain fundraising aspects of the PatronManager CRM system as well as identifying and championing various tech solutions that support fundraising goals.
- supervise incoming gifts processing & stewardship systems.
- supervise systems for prospecting, research, and pipeline development.
- Track foundation proposals and reports and supplementary materials to ensure that necessary internal and external deadlines are met for institutional funding.
- Assist in the design and execution of around 25 donor events spread all over the year (external and internal).
Qualifications
- significant practice in database management, advancement/development functions for a non-profit organization, and office management.
- expertise and proficiency in Salesforce/PatronManager.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal expertise and capability to interact with a variety of people
- Organized self-starter with good attention to detail, problem-solving, project management, and analytics.
- capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Stays cool and focused under pressure, meets deadlines.
- Self-motivator who sets and achieves work goals, but who also takes direction and suggestions as appropriate.
- Handles confidential information appropriately.
