Our design process is rooted in exploration and experimentation, allowing us to develop unique solutions that are tailored to each project's specific requirements. From initial concept development to final construction, we work closely with our clients to ensure that every design reflects their vision and values. Appropriate qualifications: » Outstanding verbal, written, and graphic communication expertise. » Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail. » Perceptive, adaptable, and responsive to the evolving needs of the entire studio. » Sense of humor and capability to thrive in a collaborative environment. » 2-5 years of practice in the field of architecture or related areas. » Recently graduated, and/or seeking architectural licensure. » capability to work on one or more projects simultaneously. » Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite » Proficient in Rhino, Sketchup, Lumion or other similar rendering software. » Strong Creative problem-solving expertise » capability to attend Studio in Boulder or Aspen Colorado a minimum of 4 days a week. Architectural Tasks: » Assisting in Project Design with Principal or Project Leader Direction. » Organizing everyday Project Tasks. » Working within Project Schedules. » Selecting and Specifying Architectural Materials. » Drafting and Construction Documents. » Building Physical Models. » Building computer Models and rendering. » Responsible and accountable for the drawing set. » Developing and Design Formatting Client Presentations. » Code, Zoning, and Permitting Research. Key Job responsibilities: » Collaborate with Principals and Project Leaders to develop design concepts and solutions. » Manage everyday project tasks to ensure deadlines are met. » Assist in the selection and specification of architectural materials. » Prepare and maintain accurate drafting and construction documents. » Create physical and digital models to visualize design concepts. » Ensure quality control and accuracy all over all project phases. » Develop and format client presentations to effectively communicate design ideas. » Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting requirements. income and advantages: income commensurate with practice and capability.
