Our primary passion is for mixed-use market rate and affordable housing projects, and we have several exciting large-scale and high-rise projects under development. We have an immediate opening for a Senior Architectural Designer with 10+ years of practicewith an emphasis on design abilities in multi-family housing. The ideal candidate can effectively work both collaboratively and independently, manage fast-paced deadlines while incorporating client and city feedback, and produce high-quality design and production drawings. We are pursuing a highly motivated, conscientious and detail-oriented person with strong communication and interpersonal expertise to join our team. We offer the capability to work a hybrid schedule, but all candidates must be able to work in the office on a weekly basis for in-person meetings and design collaboration with the principal and team members. Position Requirements: » Professional degree in Architecture » Minimum of 10 years of post-graduate practice working in architecture » practice working on multi-family residential projects » Supervise team and work progress during design and entitlement phases » Strong design and technical expertise with a passion for urban design and creative housing solutions » Conduct drawing reviews for compliance with multiple jurisdictions, codes, standards, and regulations » practice producing drawings for entitlement approvals » Preparing and presenting materials for client and city meetings » Working knowledge of type I, type III, and type V construction » Strong organizational expertise with the capability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work » Strong knowledge of the building code and accessibility requirements » capability to coordinate consultant drawings and systems » Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, V-Ray, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite.
