With a national footprint and offices in San Francisco and Boston, we bring a unique perspective that finds design inspiration in the particulars of site, history, context and the unique attributes of “place” and brand. function Description: As a Project Architect, you will bring an independent spirit and a creative approach to problem-solving. this function demands excellent communication expertise and the capability to effectively coordinate internal team members and external consultants/clients all over various project phases. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of architectural projects from concept design through construction. You will be responsible for the health and organization of the Revit model and committed to delivering exceptional service, ensuring quality results, and building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities & Core Competencies: Project leadership abilities: Act as the leader on projects and pilot project teams all over all phases. This includes: » Coordinating all team members, managing work plans, and superviseing deliverables. » Leading project teams while providing training and mentorship to junior staff. » Delegating tasks to designers, managing budgets, and facilitating client communications. » Organizing the contract documents and superviseing the health of the Revit model Client Service: Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budget, and staffing considerations. Expectation Management: Manage project expectations regarding budgets, staffing, and schedules with support from senior staff. leadership abilities Development: Demonstrate leadership abilities outside of project work by fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Design: Direct the design on architectural, planning, and prospective project proposals in collaboration with design principals. Qualifications & Required expertise: practice: Minimum of 6 years within the architecture profession. suitable education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensure: Licensed Architect in the United States. Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Revit is essential. Design expertise: Excellent design and presentation expertise. Project Management: Proven project management practice, including managing budgets, staffing, and project plans. Communication expertise: Exceptional interpersonal and communication expertise (verbal, written, and graphic). Mentorship: A desire to mentor and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Technical expertise: Working expertise of building systems and the capability to visualize building design from concept to construction.
