This is what we believe can truly enhance people’s lives. function & Job responsibilities: Architectural Designers are responsible for drafting 3D models, crafting design presentations, and ensuring that design intent are met all over the Design Development & Construction Document phase of the project. This highly technical function works directly with our Directors on both architecture and interior tasks. The typical day-to-day responsibilities for our Architectural Designers include: » Drafting 3D models via ArchiCAD & Twinmotion » knowledge & executing Construction Document drawing sets and specifications » Help implementconsultant drawings into the Construction Documents » Crafting presentation slides via Illustrator & Photoshop » Sourcing reference images for theme & material presentations » Sourcing, organizing, & photographing physical material samples for client and studio library » Coordination with vendors » Effectively working on multiple projects at once » knowledge DOB requirements Requirements: » 6+ years of practice in a function as Architectural Designer (or similar) » 4+ years of practice in wood framed residential construction » 4+ years of practice working in ArchiCAD full time » practice working in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator » Demonstrated capability to pay close attention to detail » Respectful and effective communication expertise » capability to work from our Long Island City studio 3 days/wk (minimum) » Must be legally authorized to work in the US Highly Desired: » Valid Driver’s License » Strong previous relationships with vendors, trades and consultants » Strong Eye for Photography Employment Details: » This is a Full-Time position (40 hrs/wk) » Hybrid remote/in-person environment with 3 days/wk in-studio » Typical working hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm, Mon - Fri » Starting income Range $70k - $85k » Flexible PTO » 401k matching » Life Insurance Policy » Medical + Vision + Dental insurance » Friendly & Approachable Team » compensateing Design Projects Link to Apply:https://forms.gle/PxH7SaRHFeZWAKrD9 Skills:
