Special Conditions:
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 2:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.
Friday: 11:45 a.m. - 8:15 p.m.

Hours will vary and could include some weekends.

Job tasks

tasks & Job responsibilities: Customer Service: Provides outstanding customer service to students, members and guests of the university, and leads all student staff in this regard by example and instruction.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Supervision of Staff: Under the direction of the Facilities Manager; hires, trains, and provides oversight of student cashiers, student access attendants, student equipment check-out attendants, and others working at the Student Recreation and Sports Complex.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Financial Transactions: Assists Facilities Manager as needed to provide point-of-sale operations at the Student Recreation and Sports Complex.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Event Coordination: Provides oversight of events taking place in the Student Recreation and Sports Complex and the Finch Center. Ensures the safety of all participants and that events are carried out according to predetermined processes and agreements. Reports results and issues to the Facilities Manager.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Facility Security: supervises facility access processes. Ensures all areas of the Student Recreation and Sports Complex are secure at all times of operation and during events. Operates the computer access system and troubleshoots any issues that may arise. Ensures all who access the facility are valid students, members, or approved guests of the university.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Safety and Emergency Response: Monitors all areas of the Student Recreation and Sports Complex and the Finch Center, in order to maintain a safe environment. Serves as first responder in emergency situations, making decisions and taking action per established procedures rooted in safety training. Completes incident reports following established University and departmental processes.
