Job location:Mountain View, CA, US Published:Wed, Sep 18 '24 Type:Full-time THE function As a Project / Design Manager, it’s your function to lead and deliver a variety of project types and sizes all over all phases of delivery. You will join a team of Architects, designers and project managers with a long-standing tradition of design excellence and project execution all over all of the Bay Area. As a Project / Design Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead all aspects of project delivery while mentoring junior staff and encouraging the highest level of design and project delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES » Manage projects from early concept and entitlement phases through final construction administration (dependent on project scope) » Work directly with Principal leadership abilities to foster a collaborative design and management process » Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget » Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team » Prepare, communicate and monitor project work plans, schedules and deliverables for internal teams » Actively take ownership of all phases of each project to ensure a cohesive and well executed design response DESCRIPTION Kenneth Rodrigues & Partners, Inc.
