Responsibilities Include: » Perform all conventional aspects of architectural design under the direction of a senior designer. » Assist with material and finish selections. » Assist with developing architectural concepts, planning studies, design solutions, and documentation. » Collaborate and Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Vendors. » Participate in client presentations. » Participate in material library organization. Requirements: Licensure and Education » Licensure Not Required » Professional Degree in Architecture Programs » Google Suite » Lumion » Revit » CAD » Adobe Suite » Sketchup » Bluebeam expertise/practice » 1-3 Years practice » Presentation Design » High Level of Accuracy » Proactive and Flexible Approach » High Level of Professionalism and Confidentiality with Team, Vendors, and Clients » Excellent Time Management and Attention to Detail » Organizational expertise and Problem-Solving expertise » capability to Multitask and Prioritize Work Independently » Comfortable in a Small, Diverse Team Position Details this function includes benefits after the 30-day probationary period.
