Must have 5 years of professional practice work at an architectural or technical firm. Comprehensive knowledge of construction drawings and architectural drawing standards. Comfortable working with drawing redlines. The ideal candidate possesses a strong AutoCAD capability; Revit and Sketch-up practice a plus. He or she is focused and results-driven, have interpersonal and communication expertise and be able to interact effectively with people. Must be enthusiastic towards the Construction Document process. The Intermediate Draftsperson responsibilities include: » Work closely with Senior Architects, Designers and Project Managers » Prepare technical drawings to be used in construction plans for various trades » Site survey and development of existing conditions » Coordinate with the client, design team, consultants and vendors as needed Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors or Masters degree from accredited architecture program, the capability to multi-task, handle projects concurrently within schedule, capability to work as a team member as well as independently, meticulous attention to detail, be able to adapt to different assigned tasks, strong work ethic, effective communicator. candidates should email cover letter, resume, and electronic portfolio of professional work in PDF format directly to [emailprotected] and [emailprotected].
