The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of practice in wine sales at the importer, wholesaler, or brand management level. This position requires 25% travel and offers a competitive income with bonus potential.Job responsibilities: - Manage a growing salesforce and broker team - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts - Analyze market trends and develop sales forecasts - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support brand initiatives - Represent the company at industry events and trade shows Appropriate qualifications: - 10+ years of practice in wine sales at the importer, wholesaler, or brand management level - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership abilities and team management expertise - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - capability to travel 25% of the time - Fluency in Spanish and practice in South American and European wines preferred.
