Interns will be exposed to all aspects of harvest: grape samples, analysis, grape processing, assembling/operating all winery equipment, additions and more. The prosperous candidates will be exposed to eight grape varieties from our organic/regenerative vineyard. Production is conducted in our Napa Green certified winery and our interns will lgain how to reduce waste and how to make wine without additives. Our wine team is committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of wine industry and agronomy professionals. The prosperous applicant must be flexible, ethical and perform every task with detail and precision. Our small yet mighty team wears many hats where no job is too small. We are seeking for strong fun-loving highly dedicated interns who love music, love wine, love people and loves to do!• Grape sampling, sample processing/analysis • Assembling/operating/maintaining harvest and cellar equipment • All harvest production operations – grape processing, fermentation management, additions, draining/pressing, barrel maintenance and filling • Assist with database management – practice with Innovint a plus • Lab analysis – brix/temp, pH, NTU, FSO2, VA • Facility maintenance • Tasting & blending with winemaking team • Certified forklift practice a plus Time frame: August to November and/or October to December. capability to work long hours including weekends, and the capability to lift over 40 lbs repetitively.
