Minimum Position Appropriate qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in significant area and five years of appropriate practice. significant practice may substitute for required education.

Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.

Special Conditions: The department is especially interested in candidates with:
Project management practice.
Five (5) years management level practice.
At least one (1) to two (2) years of facilities management practice.
Degrees in Construction, Engineering, and/or Facilities Management.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Nights and weekends as needed.
