Our student team works to ensure our phones and emails are answered in a timely manner. We are seeking to add many new team members that can contribute to a positive work environment with a smile on their face! Position Job responsibilities: » General office assistance for the Office of Student Aid » Greeting faculty, staff, students, and parents as they come into the office. » Filing, scanning, uploading, and indexing documents. » Retrieving office mail from post office, as well as dropping off office mail. » Deliver documents to various on-campus locations. » Answer phone calls and emails » Other tasks as assigned. Minimum Appropriate qualifications: Minimum Qualifications » Must be enrolled in at least 6 hours. » Must be meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress and maintain a 2.5 minimum GPA » Must be available to work between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday and possibly some weekends. » Must have excellent communication expertise. » Strong customer service expertise » Strong attention to detail » Familiarity of office equipment Physical Requirements: Physical Requirements » Some lifting, stretching, bending, etc., may be required.
