Job responsibilities: » Design, coordination, and client meetings » Working closely and clearly communicating with the team. BA team members have a great deal of autonomy in their work but will need to stay closely connected to the team. » Contributing to a creative and friendly office environment. Minimum Qualifications Needed: » A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution » Self-starter and capable of multi-tasking » A penchant for follow-through » Strong organizational expertise with excellent time management abilities » capability to work with a variety of personalities » Strong proficiency in complex computer modeling in a variety of programs » Strong rendering and presentation expertise » Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is a must » practice coordinating engineering disciplines and consultants Additional Qualifications for 5–8-year Candidates: » capability to generate technical details of conventional and unconventional assemblies » capability to generate technical details of conventional and unconventional assemblies » practice obtaining agency approvals » practice communicating with contractors » practice leading the Contract Administration phase » Permitting, answering RFIs, site visits, full-scale mockups, etc. We offer commensurate pay located on practice and exceptional benefits.
