Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree required, preferably in business, accounting, or related field. At least two years' practice in an office environment with an knowledge of data entry and the development and implementation of a filing system. Position DescriptionThe CCR Data and Accountcapability Specialist, under the supervision of the Dean of Adult Education and the general supervision of the Vice President of Instruction, supports CCR staff by reviewing and processing course-level and student-level data to ensure accuracy and timely reporting across multiple data management systems (Colleague and ADVANSYS), is responsible for all Literacy Education and Information System (LEIS) student tracking, data entry of personnel, course records, end of semester reconciliation, and producing regular reports for the College and Career Readiness Program ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
