The candidate should have a technical background appropriate for handling cases in fields including semiconductor processing, microelectronics, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and broadband networking.
Admission to practice in patent cases before the USPTO required. Attorney preferred but will consider Agent. practice preferred.
