Job Opportunity: Los Angeles, CA, US Fri, Jun 14 '24 :TM Design Build / Mallis WorkshopJob description:Project Coordinator (Custom Homes)Employer:TM Design Build / Mallis Workshop Job location:Los Angeles, CA, US Published:Fri, Jun 14 '24 Type:Temporary Mallis Workshop seeks a skilled consultant who is well versed in custom residential construction and coordination for a custom home project located in Studio City. We are seeking for a highly motivated individual who is detail-oriented and collaborative. This is a consulting function with an estimated duration of 3-4 months. Longer term relationship possible if work load demands. Key Job responsibilities: » Assist withreviewand interpretation of drawings sets across all disciplines, with a particular emphasis on coordinating the shell+ core and MEP systems. » Generate construction drawings, pathing diagrams and details as required in either Bluebeam, Revit or AutoCAD format. Issue RFIs and track responses as required to support generation of construction drawings. » Organize coordination meetings with subcontractors and key stakeholders from the Mallis Workshop team and design team. Prepare exhibits for coordination meetings as required to best facilitate communication and field specific solutions. » Reviewand mark-up shop drawings as applicable. » Foster clear communication and maintain relationships with Clients, Consultants, Trades, Suppliers, and Municipal Officials. expertise and practice » Minimum 10 years practice in architecture or related field; prior construction administration practice required. » capability to read plans and interpret details from multiple disciplines, commensurate with practice. » Technical problem solving commensurate with practice. » Revit modeling » CAD drafting » Bluebeam and Google suite (email, docs, sheets) » expertise of BuilderTrend a plus advantages: » income: hourly for duration of consulting period » Work in the house possible when tasks do not necessitate being present on site.
