Job Offer: Development Specialist:Nebraska Public MediaJob description: Development Specialist Listing description Nebraska Public Media, Nebraska'sPBS&NPRStations, seeks a Development Specialist to lead the creation and implementation of donor engagement and cultivation plans for donor segments including, new and existing members, sustainers, and the Sports Partners Club. Lead efforts for our Radio Membership Drives, including messaging themes, thank you gifts, and goals. Assist in organizing, implementing and supporting membership efforts with strong emphasis on fundraising support, donor development and cultivation, events and data analysis. Conduct research related to fundraising activities, and identify new annual giving opportunities. Maintains database records and provides exceptional donor relations. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field and one year of practice in business, marketing, communications, nonprofit development, or related field; equivalent education/practice considered. practice with database systems essential. practice planning and executing events. practice must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral/written communications, customer service, organizational, attention to detail and fundraising expertise. General knowledge of data analysis.
