We are pursuing an Interior Designer 5+ years practice to manage the Interior Architecture and Design of various unique projects in Los Angeles. See our work atwww.alloi.us Responsibilities » Understand the interior design selection process » Select and manage materials and fixtures » Work closely with design and construction team » Create digital and physical mood boards » Present design packages to clients and associates » Interact and manage architectural office procedures » Sketch conceptual layouts by hand » Model projects digitally » Understand Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Culver City building and planning codes » Understand cost management » Be humble and teachable Required expertise & practice » Minimum 5 years design and construction interior design practice for residential single family projects » Interior Design / Interior Architecture degree required. » Strong organizational expertise » Strong sourcing expertise for materials and FF&E required. » Management expertise » Effective interpersonal expertise » Team player » Working cooperatively » capability to multi-task » Excellence in Revit REQUIRED. » Bluebeam proficiency ideal » Fohlio proficiency ideal » Lumion proficiency ideal » Strong interest and grasp on lighting design a plus. » Work efficiently toward deadlines » capability to coordinate with multiple disciplines income » Commensurate with education level, professional practice, and demonstrated expertise base. » Full benefit package included. » Equal-Opportunity Employer.
