Who you are:
You are a motivating, energetic leader who takes pride in setting a positive, upbeat and informed tone for staff and guests. You have exceptional hospitality and communication expertise to deliver a world-class guest practice that demonstrates joyful, down-to-earth, gracious hospitality. Ideally, you have a WSET/CMS certification, or a strong knowledge of wine to speak about our core principles of sustaincapability and believe in the importance of organic agriculture. What you will do:
As a Tasting Room Lead, you are responsible for superviseing the everyday operations, ensuring a memorable practice for our guests and a supportive environment for our staff. As a knowledgeable and valuable resource for all Tasting Room staff, you’ll maintain in-depth knowledge about the wines, the vineyards, and the brand. We are proud of our reputation for providing warm, friendly and personal service to each of our guests and we count on our Leads to help train and coach our Tasting Room and Hospitality Staff to deliver those exceptional practices. You’ll monitor greeting and seating, update and stock collateral, restock and inventory tasting room merchandise and everyday maintenance to ensure our Tasting Room is ready to delight our guests. The Tasting Room Lead is a guest service champion, who consistently seeks opportunities to improve the Frog’s Leap visitor practice.

Physical Requirements + Work Environment:
The physical demands of this job will include the capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis, the capability to work in a standing and/or walking position for long periods of time, the capability to effectively stock wine and non-wine merchandise, set-up and break down structures, tables, etc., and be able to utilize carts and other equipment to assist in moving heavy objects. The work environment of this position involves working in close quarters with others.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The hourly pay range offered for this position is: $27.00 to 30.00 an hour depending on work practice.
