Instructional training and technical practice,
A shared vision for the project and participants served.
MBA, Master's Degree, or significant practice

Frequent travel all over region and proof of valid driver's license in good standing and automobile insurance is required.

This is a grant funded position contingent upon fund availcapability.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Some nights and weekend work for special events may be required.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Coordinates training programs with collaboratives including GROWWTH Academy and Accelerated expertise Training.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Participates in need analysis studies to determine training needs and confers with management and team to address any gaps. Assists with the planning and delivery of a coordinated training schedule.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works. Selects or develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training. Reports progress of participants training completions and satisfactory surveys.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Attends meetings as necessary to obtain and present information regarding specific training programs and goals.
