Job Opportunity: Dallas, TX, US Thu, Sep 12 '24 Proj:DLR GroupJob description:Project ManagerEmployer:DLR Group Job location:Dallas, TX, US Published:Thu, Sep 12 '24 Type:Full-time Project Manager As a Project Manager for the Justice+Civic sector, you will be responsible for leading projects on budget and schedule while delivering design excellence. As part of our integrated design team, you create buildings that elevate the human practice through design. You'll provide hands-on supervision to architectural, engineering, and design staff during all phases of the project as well as partner with vendors and consultants as needed for small, medium, and large complex projects. Additionally, you will be expected to lead interviews in front of clients to win work. Required Appropriate qualifications: » 8+ years of practice, with at least 4 years of practice prosperously leading large-scale public sector Architecture projects » Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Architecture » Excellent communication and public speaking expertise to participate in interviews and client presentations » capability to travel occasionally to support projects regionally or nationally » Technical practice in leading construction administration efforts » expertise of building code and construction methods Preferred Appropriate qualifications: » Planifi and/or Deltek Vantagepoint practice » 5+ years of practice leading and working on Public Sector, Institutional, Civic, Public Safety, Courthouse, and/or Justice projects » Proficiency in the use of REVIT and CAD computer modeling and rendering software » Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up, and other design software » LEED Accreditation » practice and interest in sustainable building design DLR Group operates within a hybrid work model, supporting flexibility between office time and work in the house.
