Special Conditions: Performs a higher level of a variety of complex and administrative tasks in an office environment that supports the overall function of the office. Provides administrative support to the college deans' offices and will act as the key administrative support person for the unit. May provide oversight of student and temporary employees. Involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significance.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
8:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

On call in evening hours and on weekends as necessary.

Maintain managers' calendar; Schedule routine meetings and events, reserve space for meetings and events, prepare communication documents or newsletters, order supplies using Tigerbuy, process contracts, make travel arrangements, enter travel purchase orders, file travel claims and expense reports; Perform other administrative/clerical support when needed.

Faculty Support: Faculty travel arrangements; Prepare TAs, prepare reimbursement requests; Assist with effort certification as needed

Technology Management: Maintain website; Maintain databases; Prepare surveys; Data gathering and analysis

University Projects/Initiatives: Committee, Process Improvement; Test New Systems
