Technician will assist SATS support of Student Health Services everyday operation, including maintaining hardware/software inventories, and assist departments with a variety of technology needs. tasks will include regular workstation troubleshooting, setup, installation, maintenance, reimaging, and application support. Performs related tasks as assigned by manager while assisting workstation support for the division of Student Affairs. Student worker may be exposed to confidential information.Desired candidates can work independently, handle multiple tasks in an efficient manner, and prioritize work assignments with minimal supervision. Candidates must have good people expertise and a strong work ethic. Preferred (Majors, practice, GPA, etc.) General Information technology knowledge with computer hardware and software, printers and scanners. knowledge of Windows 10 OS (MAC OS valuable, but not required).
