Position Summary This recruitment will be used to fill three part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Ticket Office Support positions for the Athletics Ticket Office at Oregon State University (OSU).

Position tasks
   » Provide quality customer service to season ticket holders & donors
   » Effectively communicate all ticket policies and procedures
   » Assisting with window and phone sales for all ticketed events using Paciolian ticketing software
   » everyday printing and distribution of tickets
   » Developing expertise in sales, service, operations and NCAA Compliance NCAA postseason event practice
   » Other projects as assigned

   » Must be academically enrolled in a high school, community college, or university and pursuing a program or course of study
   » Must meet Academic Standing Requirements; students on academic suspension are not eligible for employment
   » Must meet the applicable minimal enrollment standard
   » High School student: Regularly enrolled in a high school or participating in a home-schooling program
   » Undergraduate and post-baccalaureate student: 6 credit hours per term
   » Undergraduate international student: 12 credit hours per term*
   » Graduate student officially admitted to Graduate School: 5 credit hours per term
   » Graduate international student officially admitted to Graduate School: 9 credit hours per term*

*International students may be allowed to carry fewer hours than specified above and still be considered ?full-time? by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). A reduced course load is approved by the Office of International Services (OIS), and must be provided to the Student Employment Center.

   » Attend all office hours and events as assigned (including afternoon, night and weekend games) *interns are never required to miss class to work events
   » Must be able to work all home Football games
   » Genuine interest in college athletics and the sport industry
   » capability to manage time commitment and be dedicated to all required office and event hours
   » Strong work ethic and availability to learn
   » capability to multitask, stay organized, and keep up with the fast-paced environment
   » Commit to work from Sept. 2024-June 2025
