They will assist in teaching applied foods methods and principles in preparation and evaluation of standard food products. This position will be starting fall semester. This section requires a strong expertise of food, food preparation methods, presentation, and service of food products. All HMGT students must take this lab as Information technology is a required part of the HMGT core. Food expertise and culinary skill are vital for food prep instruction for students. HMGT 2300/01 - Principles of Food Preparation Laboratory teaching adjuncts must have outstanding expertise in interacting with undergraduate students and be proficient in teaching, training, and coaching students.
