Min Hourly Rate $14.70 (Standard); $13.70 (Non-Urban); $15.95 (Portland Metro) Max Hourly Rate $21.00 (Standard); $20.50 (Non-Urban); $21.50 (Portland Metro) Position Summary This recruitment will be used to fill two part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Grad School Analyst/Programmer positions for the Graduate School at Oregon State University (OSU). The Graduate School seeks students to assist with the development of business applications using the Salesforce platform. We are seeking for a student who can make a long-term (1-2 years) commitment at approximately 20 hours per week. Candidates must be interested in developing their professional expertise - we will train as necessary. Student employees are trained on the job and work alongside full-time developers on Salesforce.com projects. They will be asked to use the Salesforce training module series (i.e., Trailhead: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/(Link is external) (Link opens in new window) ) to familiarize themselves with the Salesforce platform. Student employees are members of the Graduate School Information technology team and therefore are critical to the team's success in providing digital services to graduate candidates, students, along with faculty & staff in approximately 90 OSU graduate programs. These services are designed to create a better student practice, improve data quality, support student success efforts, and enhance administrative process efficiency. The student chosen for this position will be joining a group of students currently performing this great work.
