The Senior Administrative adjunct reports to the director of Facilities. tasks and Job responsibilities:» Fielding queries from staff, faculty and students» Printing, scanning, e-mailing and distributing hard copies of documents » Prepare payment distributions and tracking expenditure across the department » Purchasing office supplies » Verifying events on campus, confirming work orders and coordination calendars for the department » Assist with day to day operations of the department » Receiving and distribution of packages » Handle confidential information and main confidential files » Performs other tasks as required or assigned Job Requirements:» Excellent organizational and communication expertise» Excellent computer expertise, including expertise of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; expertise of other professional programs (e.g., Astra room scheduling) is preferred » capability to collaborate with colleagues, faculty, and other staff members » capability to prioritize and work independently » Highly motivated, energetic, detail oriented » Capable of moving nimbly between different projects » Bachelor’s degree highly preferred income: $36k Position is an immediate need.
