Job Summary The Educational Opportunities Program is seeking a salaried Academic Wage: Beaver Connect Coordinator. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, fixed-term position. This position is anticipated to last approximately 6 months. The purpose of this position is to coordinate the Beaver Connect mentoring program. Beaver Connect is a university wide undergraduate mentoring program matching groups of new (freshmen & transfer) students to both a peer mentor and a faculty mentor for guidance and support all over their first year OSU. This position provides program management and coordination for a student service with impact on student retention and graduation rates for underrepresented students. They are responsible for managing a program budget, supervision to 50+ student employees, and coordination of training for student employees and faculty volunteers. Why OSU?
