Currently, we have an immediate opening for an Architectural Design Intern and Entry-level Architects. This is a paid part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time function located on performance. The position is located at company NYC Office in the garment district. Appropriate qualifications: · BArch or March » Excellent communication expertise with proficiency in written and spoken English. » Previous involvement in high-end retail and commercial spaces desired. » Proficient inAutoCAD (2022 or higher) on the PC platform. practice with sheet set manager a plus. · Produces construction documents with a strong sensitivity to design » Confidence in conducting/assisting with on-site documentation and surveys. » Must be currently residing in the greater NYC area. » Full legal authorization to work in the US is essential (relocation not provided). Job responsibilities: · Primary function is drawing production and coordination. · Assist with the production of Design Development, Construction Documents and Filing sets. · Assist with the selection of building materials and FF&E, as well as create schedules for same. · Assist with Construction Administration of projects including issuing sketches and RFIs, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and compiling Close-out documents. Requirements: · Must be currently residing in the greater NYC area. · Full legal authorization to work in the US is essential (relocation not provided).
