Store Manager / Spirits BuyerSchneiders of Capitol HillWashington, DC APPLY» » » SAVE CREATE ALERT SHARE » » E-Mail: » » » formerly Twitter Listing descriptionJob responsibilities:- Manage everyday operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures - supervise and supervise a team of retail sales associates - Train and onboard new employees, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately - Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Requirements: - Previous practice in a managerial function, preferably in a retail environment - Strong leadership abilities expertise with the capability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent time management expertise to prioritize tasks effectively - expertise of POS systems and cash register operations - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Strong organizational expertise to maintain inventory levels and schedules - capability to communicate effectively with customers and resolve any issues or complaints Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
