Our mid-sized firm and diverse staff give studio members guidance and opportunities to grow. We seek a full-time IntermediateArchitectural Designer with 5-8 years of post-graduate, professional practice. candidates should possess exceptional, demonstrated design talent, be self-driven and motivated, and thrive in a collaborative environment. The prosperous candidate will: » Have at least a bachelor’s degree in architecture. » Work closely with the principal and senior staff on all project phases, from schematic design through construction administration. » Possess excellent organizational, writing, and verbal communications expertise. » Be a strong team player who is genuinely able to work collaboratively. » Have well-developed strategic and critical thinking abilities. » Engage in design studies, digital modeling, product, and material research. » Understand building codes, space, and their impact on architectural designs. » Coordinate with engineering and specialty consultants to integrate their work. » Produce construction documents, including details and material specifications. » Be proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Enscape.
