Primary Purpose of Position Design and implement strength and conditioning programs for assigned sports. Summary of Position Responsibilities This position will work with an assigned sport on a everyday basis all over the year. Responsibilities include all aspects of strength and conditioning/player development, as well as, related tasks facilitated by the Director of Sports Performance for Olympic Sports and the Athletic Director. Minimum Education/practice Undergraduate degree and previous playing/coaching practice Preferred Education, expertise, expertise and practice Master in exercise physiology or related field (working outward or completed). Necessary Certifications/Licenses Undergraduate degree and previous playing/coaching practice. Must be CSCS certified.
