Minimum practice/Education
   » Pass a Background Check
   » Holds certification from the BACB as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA.)
   » Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation expertise.

Departmental Preferred practice, expertise, Training/suitable education
   » Graduate Degree in Special Education
   » practice working with children with Autism
   » Candidates should have excellent communication and documentation expertise.
   » Holds NC BCBA License - if you do not hold one, you must obtain Information technology within 30 days of employment.
tasks and Responsibilities About the Job
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will hold direct and indirect caseloads and provide oversight to our virtual BCBAs as well as clinic-located Behavioral and Registered Behavioral Technicians (BTs/RBTs) in the everyday delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care, as well as work in conjunction with other Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team. Direct tasks listed below.
   » Assessing behavioral needs of children with Autism.
   » Designing interventions for children with Autism.
   » Supporting research projects focused on children with Autism.

   » Holds NC BCBA License - if you do not hold one, you must obtain Information technology within 30 days of employment.
