Tom Wiscombe Architecture (TWA) is an internationally recognized architecture practice known for powerful massing, alluring graphic qualities, tectonic inventiveness, and our radical integration of ecological thinking and technology in our work. We specialize in civic, entertainment, and cultural projects, with a recent focus on giga-projects in the international arena.
Located in the American Cement Building at the edge of downtown Los Angeles, our office is a unique indoor-outdoor workplace with an engaging, creative, and intellectual environment.
We are pursuing a Project Manager with 7+ years of postgraduate professional practice, preferably in a design and innovation-driven office, to work on several iconic cultural buildings with international clients as well as a variety of other complex, form-driven projects. Our Project Managers collaborate directly with the Principal and an energetic design team on some of the world's most audacious and intriguing projects.

An capability to create and execute internal milestone timelines and staff management plans (such as performance reviews)

practice producing/superviseing the production of full design document sets with focus on SD and DD sets (RIBA CD and SD)
   »
An capability to organize complex buildings according to required functional briefs and technical standards

A practical expertise base of structure/mechanical/building codes/building materials/construction/other specialized disciplines as related to various significant project phases

Excellent REVIT expertise
   »
Good Rhino expertise
   »
InDesign layout expertise
   »
Bluebeam expertise
   »
