Job location:Los Angeles, CA, US Published:Wed, Oct 9 '24 Pay:$75,000 - $100,000annually MONTALBA ARCHITECTS We are currently seeking an individual with 5+ years of full-time practice working in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles or New York as an Architect I / Job Captain. WHAT IS REQUIRED TO APPLY? Tell us more about you: » What are the qualities that you find attribute to the success of a project and team? We are seeking for someone who: » Holds a B. Arch or M. Arch degree, followed by 5+ years practice with a focus on project delivery in an architectural office. » Is proficient and capable of crafting high-level organized drawing sets for DD & CD phases, including the resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and the coordination of consultants & building systems. » Demonstrates a thoughtful design process with an knowledge and capability to work towards design-forward solutions. » Has strong expertise in AutoCAD (and/or Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite. » practice using SketchUp to develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models is a plus. » practice with Enscape is a plus.
