Quintessence Theatre Group

The Education & Administrative adjunct provides support for the Director of Education as well as the office staff. We are seeking for someone who is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and loves working with people. This position reports to the Executive Director. This is a part-time hourly position paid at $18 per hour.
Responsibilities
   » Education
   » Maintain the database of teachers and administrators in Patron Manager and periodically assist in education marketing efforts to this group.
   » Manage logistics and communications between schools, stage management and box office staff for all events related to student matinees and educational programs including travel, scheduling and marketing.
   » Maintain calendar of programs; communicate with appropriate people about upcoming events.
   » Serve as point of contact and supervise outreach and marketing in coordination with box office/marketing staff for Quintessence productions, workshops and camps to local schools (K-12), universities and community groups.
   » Coordinate all public relations with publicist related to education, including website updates, newsletters, social media.
   » Administration
   » Schedule and note-take in weekly staff meetings.
   » Maintain organizational calendars.
   » Assist in physical and digital file organization efforts.
   » Order office supplies as needed.
   » Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
   » Strong interpersonal expertise and capability to deal with a variety of stakeholders and personalities.
   » expertise and proficiency in Salesforce/Patron Manager a plus.
   » significant practice in office management.
   » Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, Publisher).
   » Organized self-starter with good attention to detail, problem-solving, project management, and analytics.
   » capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
   » Staying cool and focused under pressure, meets deadlines.
   » Self-motivator who sets and achieves work goals, but who also takes direction and suggestions as appropriate.
   » capability to handle confidential information appropriately.
