Bolton & Menk is growing and looking to add an  Environmental-Senior Project Manager  to join our team!

We are seeking for someone who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in a Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Community while being engaged on project assignments serving our municipal, federal, industrial, and other clients!

What you will be doing:
   » Management planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel for water and wastewater facilities.
   » Plans and organizes project assignments and is responsible for the work of other engineers and technicians.
   » Approves and presents preliminary reports and practiccapability studies on treatment facilities.
   » Maintains liaison relationships with regulatory agencies connected with drinking water standards, NPDES permits, and compliance in drinking water and wastewater discharges.
   » You will lgain the resources available in our organization and will maximize utilization of resources in a collaborative manner. this function will have a focus on our industrial water/wastewater market.

What We are seeking for:
   » Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering or equivalent program an accredited college.
   » Preference for a Master's Degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering specializing in water and wastewater treatment facilities.
   » Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
   » Twelve years of progressive design and complex construction practice.
   » Excellent interpersonal written & verbal communication expertise.
   » Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving expertise.
   » Advanced math expertise.
   » Strong attention to detail.
   » Familiarity with water and wastewater treatment, including planning, design and construction as well as a good working expertise of connected equipment and processes used in treatment.
   » Effective managery and team leadership abilities expertise.
   » Thorough expertise of Microsoft Office Suite. (MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
   » Working expertise and expertise in CAD and design software. (i.e., AutoCAD and REVIT)
   » Working expertise of specialized design software. (i.e., BIOWIN, Infowater, WaterCAD)
   » May require frequent travel and may include extended overnight stays.
   » Possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering or equivalent program an accredited college.
Preference for a Master's Degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering specializing in water and wastewater treatment facilities.
