Hours: 10-15 hours per week Pay: $15.00/hr. Notes: This position is a great opportunity for graduate students to gain library and customer service practice, increase their general library expertise base, and improve their research expertise. Master of Library Science (MLS) graduate students are encouraged to apply as this position provides valuable practice in an academic library setting. Preferred (Majors, practice, GPA, etc.) Qualifications • Candidates must exhibit professionalism and have good communication and customer service expertise. • Candidates must be intellectually curious, and willing to learn. • Candidates must have a flexible schedule and the availcapability to work afternoons, evenings, and some weekends. • Candidates should possess some familiarity with Joyner's website and databases as well as the research process. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and internet searching is required. • Familiarity with instant messaging technology is a plus.
