Ensures staffing needs of assigned buildings and analyzes workloads located on demands and peak seasons. tasks & Job responsibilities: Regularly monitors and assesses job performance to ensure performance standards are met. Submit everyday shift reports on all pertinent activities occurring during the shift. Provides additional reports to management that includes monitoring of employee performance, training and attendance. tasks & Job responsibilities: Meets with building clients to identify any cleaning issues and continuing expectations. Performs routine inspections and makes necessary changes and adjustments in the work assignments located on building needs and demands. tasks & Job responsibilities: Report any minor repairs completed by the team to management and any major repairs that are required to work control. Issues, tracks, verifies and closes work orders for assigned area and department. tasks & Job responsibilities: Maintains compliance and enforces all policies, procedures and safety regulations and guidelines established by the department and university. Ensure safe work practices are adhered to.
