Minimum Qualifications

prosperous completion of CIS 110, CIS 115, or equivalent. Requires capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. capability to with or without accommodations crawl under desks, secure cabling, climb ladders, and push/pull utility carts.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred A+ certification, or an Information technology degree. The capability to navigate the College website, MS Office, ServiceNow, and Blackboard, preferred.

 

Position Description

Assist with information systems needs as directed on campus and off campus sites. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass background check to obtain access and driving privileges for sites on Camp Lejeune and MCAS New River. Assist students, faculty and staff with software, hardware, network connection and Internet issues. This assistance will be provided via phone, e-mail, in-person, remotely, and driving to locations. Utilize ServiceNow an incident tracking system to record work requested and work being done.
Working Hours: Twenty-five (25) hours per week variable between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
income: $15.00 per hour.
Closing date: July 14, 2024, or open until filled.
Starting date: August 1, 2024.
