The prosperous candidate will play a key function in our interior architecture projects, focusing on obtaining municipal approvals and ensuring compliance with local regulations in New York City, Westchester County, and Long Island. Key Job responsibilities: »Project Management: supervise interior architecture projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all design elements align with the client's vision and regulatory requirements. »Municipal Approvals: Navigate the complexities of municipal approval processes in New York City, Westchester County, and Long Island, ensuring timely and prosperous project clearances. »Design Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine interior design concepts, ensuring functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. »Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and other necessary documentation for municipal submissions and project execution. »Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other significant regulations. Required Appropriate qualifications: » Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. » A minimum of 3-5 years of professional practice in interior architecture, with a focus on municipal approvals in New York City, Westchester County, and Long Island. » Strong expertise of local building codes, zoning laws, and approval processes. » Proficiency in architectural software with a focus on Rhino, Autocad, and Revit » Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise, with the capability to work collaboratively in a team environment. » Strong organizational expertise and attention to detail.
