The selected candidates will be key members of the project team during all phases of development, from design presentation through construction administration. In this function, architects/designers will develop design options, produce technical deliverables in BIM, develop interior and exterior detailing, and perform drawing coordination. This is a hands-on function, with room to grow professionally and as part of a community of engaged architects and designers. Dattner Architects is a mission-driven women-owned firm. Required expertise & practice » 3-7 years of post-grad practice » Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree » practice designing schools and/or public facilities' preferred » Excellent analytical and technical expertise, including expertise of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing capability » Functional expertise of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Twin Motion, Enscape, and/or Rhino » Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation income $70,000 - $95,000 commensurate with practice.
