Position may be eligible for up to 1-2 days of telework once onboarding is complete and with manager approval. Primary Purpose of Position Position provides administrative support to the two Associate Deans, assists the Student Compliance Specialist with affiliation agreement and student compliance verification processes, and serves as an administrative backup to the Executive adjunct to the Dean. General administrative tasks include initiating transactions and travel processes, work orders, and meeting/event scheduling, course schedule building, support for college-level faculty on-boarding and development initiatives, and support for college-level student affairs processes. Student compliance related tasks include assistance with routine notifications related to affiliation agreement expiration and renewal, communications regarding licapability insurance certificates, and other recurring communications during periods of high demand. Minimum Education/practice Required Minimum Appropriate qualifications: Graduation from high school; or an equivalent combination of education and practice. University Preferred Appropriate qualifications: Graduation from high school, or completion of its equivalency, and two years of office/clerical work practice; or an equivalent combination of training/practice.
