Noted for its commitment to sustainable design, the firm has been recognized through local, national, and international design excellence awards and feature articles in the most prestigious design publications. The practice encompasses corporate, civic, cultural, educational, transportation, residential, hospitality, office, retail, and mixed-use projects on a variety of scales. We are currently seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. Position Job responsibilities: » Develop design options in collaboration with design teams and take initiative in response to direction from Project leadership abilities. » Conduct programming efforts such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, lighting and color coordination. » Research new materials and potential vendors. » Assist with preparing client presentations. » Assist with coordination of contractors and vendors and interface with clients. Position Requirements: » Completion of accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. » 0-3 years of post-graduate practice in the Architecture or Interior Design Field. » Proficiency in Rhino, V-Ray, Enscape and Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). » Revit and AutoCAD practice is preferred. » Strong organizational expertise and time management. » Flexible, positive attitude, and availability to adapt to a fast paced environment. » Excellent communication expertise. » Strong conceptual and design expertise.
