We are currently seeking Senior Project Architects for all locations to manage mixed-use, cultural and commercial projects through construction. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 6 - 10 years of architectural practice including construction administration of multiple, large-scale projects. candidates will have managed project teams from schematic design through construction administration, and will be practiced in code and zoning; design presentation; contract documentation including written specifications; scheduling and organization; client interface; and consultant coordination. candidates must have practice with cost estimating, bidding, and value-engineering and a demonstrated expertise of contracting and construction practices. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong communication, organization, and interpersonal expertise. Appropriate qualifications: » Candidates with an Architectural License are strongly preferred. » 5-year Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Architecture. » Strong organizational qualities, and team-building expertise. » A portfolio of distinctive, built work. » Demonstrated skill and expertise of a range of project types. » Demonstrated capability to lead design and consultant teams through all project phases. » Revit and AutoCAD proficiency. » practice with Construction Administration.
