Test are administered four times a week during spring, fall and summer semesters. Essential Job Functions: » Proctor computer-administered test up (up to 5 hours) » Verify identity of test-takers » Enter test data in Excel spreadsheet » Other tasks as directed by the Director for Certification & Testing TExES Office Administrative Associate Sr., Required expertise, expertise, and Abilities: » capability to communicate effectively » capability to utilize standard computer software » Candidate should be prepared to begin the job position on September 1, 2024. Minimum Appropriate qualifications: » Must be a current Graduate Student at Lamar University » Must have Social Security number » Preference may be given to a candidate who may be able to work for multiple semesters. » Must be registered for each semester during employment » Must provide course schedule, resume, and graduation date Physical Requirements: » Primary functions require sufficient physical capability and mobility to work in an office setting » Stand or sit for prolonged periods of time » Occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach » Lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight 10 lbs.; » Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination, including use of a computer keyboard » Verbally communicate to exchange information.
